HHL Architects developed a space study for this historic church property inclusive of the Butzer Building, now used as an Early Childhood School.

A new design for an upgraded playground area and revamped landscaping comprises Phase I of this mutli-phased improvement project. Developed in conjunction with DWG Planning & Design, the new landscape provides multiple thematic play spaces, a new parking area, and an arrival/drop-off area.
