The “Aud” Club is located on the southern side of the 100-level of the former HSBC, now KeyBank Center, the home of the Buffalo Sabres and Buffalo Bandits. The concept of the “Aud” Club was to recall the former members-only Tudor-styled Aud Club, which was located within the original Buffalo Memorial Auditorium (aka “The Aud”), which was the original home of the Buffalo Sabres.

Food service spaces were designed to pick-up on the former old-English wooden bar with standing rail and wooden booth seating, while also now being open to and visible from the main circulation path of the 100-level arena concourse. Some elements of lighting and seating were replicated or reference, including the plaster and wood-trim soffits, but the new “Pour Man’s” Aud Club now provides a relaxed, casual ‘elbow-on-the-bar’ environment for arena patrons, not just Club Members.
