HHL Architects was engaged by Delaware North to renovate the existing buffet restaurant at the Hamburg Gaming facility they operate. The restaurant at Hamburg Gaming was redesigned as indulge to create a new casual “food hall” dining experience for their guests. Prior to this renovation the restaurant was separate from the gaming floor and easily overlooked by patrons.

HHL developed an open layout with clean modern finishes inviting guests into the space. At the center entry point is a curvilinear self-order counter with lighted glass mosaic tiling. Behind is a long community table and linear accent lighting continue along the central axis back to the food service counter. A variety of seating options are available to accommodate various parties. Medium and large circular light fixtures fill the open ceiling volume while smaller pendants above individual tables create intimacy. The separate Private Dining Room was also updated, as well as someĀ food line equipment revisions inside the Kitchen.
