HHL Architects completed work on the exterior masonry reconstruction, window replacement, and reroofing of the school to remediate any water infiltration into this existing structure. Interior work included patching plaster damage and painting all classrooms. The exterior masonry was tested extensively to determine the path of the water infiltration; it was found that the path also involved the windows and the roof.

The exterior and interior has been restored to its original condition for the district. The masonry was 100% repointed and stone joints caulked, windows have been replaced with insulated wood double hung units, and the roof was completely replaced with a built-up system.
