The golf Pro Shop building at Beaver Island Golf Course, within Beaver Island State Park was designed to replace the previous building that was leveled by fire in early May 2012. The new construction building is comprised of a dining room, golf pro shop and park offices with accessory use spaces.
The building has multiple gable roofs that engage a raised central clock tower, which also introduces clerestory natural daylight to the building interior. The clock tower acts as a beacon, greeting patrons upon approach. The public dining room overlooks the golf course and offers a full length movable exterior aluminum and glass wall, which expands dining capacity into the perimeter terraces and allows for an unobstructed view of the first tee.
