BankOnBuffalo

Project: The seventh floor is headquarters for BankOnBuffalo. The Electric Tower is one of Buffalo’s most recognizable landmarks and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Built in 1912, the building was acquired by Iskalo Development in 2004 which began a comprehensive renovation and restoration of the Electric Tower beginning in 2006. The seventh floor was the original executive floor for the Buffalo General Electric Co.

Project: 616 Niagara is a gateway to downtown Niagara Falls. It is a 3-story, mixed-use project featuring commercial office space and 17 apartments. The ground floor is dedicated to Niagara University’s Niagara Global Tourism Institute and TReC, a business incubator. The 616 Niagara residential apartments are the first high-quality, market-rate rental units to be developed in Niagara Falls in many years.
