Ridgway’s Space to Create project, designed by HHL Architects for Artspace Projects, Inc., received an Honorable Mention Award for utilizing EIFS (and Dryvit NewBrick) for the entire facade of this 3-story affordable housing project for the creative community of The Town of Ridgway, coined Gateway to the San Juans, in the southwestern portion of the U.S. State of Colorado.
