Builder and Developer magazine has recognized Roderick Artspace Lofts with an Award of Merit in the category of “Best Affordable Housing Community for 60 to 100 Dwelling Units per Acre.” The complex was among the top four vote getters in the category and one of only five Texas projects among the nearly 200 award winners worldwide. Roderick Artspace Lofts, located at 601 N. Oregon, was built by Jordan Foster Construction and designed by Matthew Meier and Bill Helm.
