HHL Architects was engaged by the State University Construction Fund to design the replacement of the lead-coated copper roof on this historic landmark campus classroom and administrative building. The roof was completely replaced with a matching standing-seam roof while gutters and flashings were corrected and repaired; new snow and ice guards were added to the roof membrane. Brick parapets and stone copings were repaired and pointed as required and hazardous materials were removed. Wood double-hung rooftop dormer windows and vents were also replaced.
