In 1984, HHL Architects was approached to design a private residence in Elma, NY. The house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and sits on sixteen acres overlooking Cazenovia Creek. The house was designed with an outdoor patio and entertainment space, imaginative interiors, abundant natural light, and beautiful four-season views of trees, meadows, water and woods.
It features custom cabinets, full kitchen with appliances, a built-in table with window seats under a sunroof, and a spacious dining room which opens to the patio. Soaring ceilings and views adorn the living room, while the master bedroom enjoys water views, a double shower and sinks, and an 8’x8’ Japanese style soaking pool.
