The Ontario & West Street project (property acquired from the Albany Land Bank) is a +/-2.5-acre combination of sites at 130 Ontario Street, 135 Ontario Street, 134 West Street, and 154 West Street in Albany, New York. A vacant former two-story bowling alley and vacant one-story office building are located on these sites.

Demolition of the office building will enable construction of a new 70,000-90,000 sf 3- or 4-story wood framed apartment building, revitalizing this derelict city block. Townhouses may be constructed along West Street as well, along with an adaptive reuse renovation of a +/-20,000 sf, 2-story former bowling alley for a community use. The overall project could result in 65-80 new affordable energy-efficient apartments, along with +/- 4,000 sf of “Community Hub” space (within the new building), tenant parking, site drainage, exterior plaza(s) and playgrounds.
