HHL Architects has provided a variety of architectural planning and design services for One HSBC Center, now known as One Seneca Tower, the largest and tallest (38 story) office building in Western New York. From office renovations to food service and retail spaces, HHL Architects has completed build-out renovations for a host of different tenants of this hallmark Downtown Buffalo Class-A office building. The firm has provided architectural design services for overall building improvements throughout the years.

Completed renovation projects include work for the law firm of Phillips Lytle (21,900 square feet over four floors) and the Consulate General of Canada (25,700 square feet over two floors). Other clients in the building included USA Mobile, Harter Secrest & Emery, Robert Half International, Oishei Foundation, Softbank Capital, Just Pizza, Tim Horton’s, and Jenss Gift Shop.
