HHL Architects developed conceptual plans for prospective mixed-use office, hospitality, retail and residential development opportunities for M&T owned property in Downtown Buffalo. The study area included the two-block area bounded by Genesee, Washington, Ellicott and St. Michael’s.

Alternatives include a new office/retail tower, a new hotel/retail tower, parking ramp, and mixed-housing/retail. The purpose was to advise M&T management of development opportunities in this growing downtown neighborhood.
