Mt. Aaron Manor is a senior housing apartment building designed specifically for the Mt. Aaron Baptist Church located on Genesee Street in Buffalo NY. The main demographic is the parish’s “Senior’s on the Move”. They are a lively group that are senior in age but full of vigor and perfect for independent living.

The project is comprised of ten single bedroom apartment units that are +/- 750 square feet each. On site there is off street parking for fifteen vehicles within proximity of the church. This creates a small urban campus where the church’s facilities support the apartment building and its constituents.
