HHL Architects developed multiple possible conversion designs of this existing Downtown Buffalo shopping mall. The building owner requested HHL Architects study a possible mixed-use office occupancy for the two main levels of the mall structure. A new glass elevator was introduced to provide an additional connection between the main floor level and the second (mezzanine) level.
