HHL Architects designed interior renovations and repairs to the first and second floors of this facility, including a new HVAC system, lighting, electrical work and finishes. A new egress stairwell was constructed to serve first, second and third floors. Exterior renovations included new windows, lighting, caulking and cement plaster restoration completed in Phase I. Phase II construction provided a new passenger elevator and men’s and women’s restrooms on the second floor.
