HHL Architects was engaged by the new owner of this facility, which houses We Care Transportation. The owner desired to create a new multi-tenant transportation “center” which would help to consolidate regional transportation training and technology.

Together with IBC Engineers and Tredo Engineers, HHL developed an expansion and renovation plan which added vehicle service bays along with expanded office space to accommodate increased tenants, staff, and state-of-the-art transportation technology.
