The Artspace Utica Lofts is a new 4-story, mixed-use, affordable Artist live/work, 43-unit apartments building located in downtown Utica, NY, near the historic Stanley Theatre on a vacant site at 1020 Park Avenue. The project is comprised of a mix of one- and two-bedroom affordable units in addition to approximately 800 square feet of community-use gallery lobby space. The building features gathering spaces on both the interior and exterior of the building, including a tiered entry plaza. There are also many opportunities for new public art display throughout & outside of the building.

New York State Housing & Community Renewal will help fund the construction, along with numerous other public & private funding partners. Buffalo-based Tredo Engineers & M/E Engineering assisted HHL. Utica-based Pike Construction Services/Charles A. Gaetano Construction Corp. is the general contractor.
