The Ridgway Space to Create, built for Artspace Projects Inc., is a thirty-unit mixed-use, Artist’s affordable live/work apartment project, located in the heart of the San Juan Mountains in Ridgway, Colorado.

Space to Create Colorado, a multi-agency, public-private partnership to drive economic development through the arts in rural communities of the state, will be located on the ground floor.

The new three-story building project is comprised of a mix of one- and two-bedroom affordable units in addition to approximately 2,000 square feet of community space. The building also features gathering spaces on both the interior and exterior of the building. There are many opportunities for public art display throughout the building, for the tenants and the community.
