The Artspace COS Lofts is a new 5-story, mixed-use, affordable live/work, 51-unit apartment project addition to an existing industrial building, located in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

The project is comprised of a mix of one- and two-bedroom affordable units in addition to approximately 7,500 sq. ft. of commercial space. The building features gathering spaces on both the interior and exterior of the building. A rooftop deck will provide views of the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains. There are also many opportunities for public art display throughout & outside of the building.

Colorado Housing Finance Authority will help fund the construction, along with numerous other public & private funding partners. Buffalo-based Tredo Engineers & M/E Engineering is assisting HHL, along with COS-based Drexel, Barrel & CO. & Higher Ground Designs providing civil engineering & landscape design. COS-based Bryan Construction is the general contractor. The new construction will be built to the National Green Building Standard, along with PV capacity and EV-ready parking spaces.
