Ainsley interned at three Buffalo, NY architecture offices before joining HHL Architects as an Architectural Designer in 2026.

She is creative and detail-oriented with a special interest in sustainability. She has extensive experience in digital modeling, visualization and design documentation, including Revit.

Ainsley had a successful undergraduate career as both a student and an athlete, playing on Alfred State’s Women’s Soccer Team for four years. She has also studied abroad in Sorrento, Italy, where she made an architectural presentation to the town of Sorrento for a new school.
