HHL Architects designed this phase of a comprehensive upgrade plan to the historic Gideon Putnam Hotel and Roosevelt Baths & Spa located in Saratoga Spa State Park, NY.

The project included renovations to the lobby, dining area, bar, lounge, and the conversion of administration offices into a new fitness area of the hotel. Hotel room refurbishment was also completed in this first phase of work.

The Historic Roosevelt Baths & Spa opened in 1935 as a bathhouse, a part of the Saratoga Spa complex, which includes the Gideon Putnam Resort. HHL’s modernization of this historic spa facility has brought contemporary convenience and luxury to “taking the cure” of the mineral springs. The complete renovation of the Gideon Putnam Resort was a multi-phased project with ongoing architectural design services provided by HHL Architects.
