HHL Architects designed this phase of a comprehensive upgrade plan to the historic Gideon Putnam Hotel and Roosevelt Baths & Spa located in Saratoga Springs, NY. The project included renovations to the lobby, dining area, bar, lounge, gift shop and the conversion of administration offices into a new fitness area of the hotel. Hotel room refurbishment and complete spa renovation were also completed in this first phase of work.

The Roosevelt Baths & Spa opened in 1935 as a bathhouse, which is now a part of the Gideon Putnam Resort. HHL’s modernization of the spa facility has brought contemporary convenience and luxury to bathing in the mineral springs, offering hydrotherapy and healing treatments. The complete renovation of the Gideon Putnam Resort was a multi-phased project with ongoing architectural design services provided by HHL Architects.
