HHL Architects designed this concept waterfront restaurant and banquet facility to replace the former “Crawdaddy’s” restaurant which was demolished. The design incorporated a series of balconies and decks which cascaded toward the water’s edge to maximize views and the experience of escaping to the waterfront within the city.

The ground floor is designed to be the most public with several dining and drinking opportunities both inside and out. The upper floors were conceptualized with a banquet seating capacity of 300 to 400 persons, as well as the ability to comfortably hold smaller private gatherings. The design included public access to the water’s edge, by foot or boat, along the ground level deck.
